		<description>I agree that struggling to find an answer or to do the right behavior requires a level of cognitive dissonance and then a conscious choice,thus making a greater impact. As a teacher of sociology and psychology I made it a policy to allow my students to debate a wrong multiple choice answer. The act of having them put their argument on paper often got them back to solving it correctly. It also allowed for individual interpretation of a social science, since we all have different life experiences, if they could debate why their experience made their answer acceptable they were able to apply theory to modern day society. Training can&#039;t depict a perfect world because...our world is not perfect.  Sue</description>
